This article discusses the world-wide quest for Donald Trump's presidency and his ability to accomplish the program he presented in his inaugural speech. A first overview analyzes his break with the "Washingtonian spirit" and the threats, going as far as a dismissal or even a murder, that weigh upon the new President his multiple enemies.

The geopolitical analysis that follows addresses the seriousness of the current situation in the USA and the risks of civil war. Donald Trump's strengths and weaknesses and four possible scenarios for his mandate are examined. The question of the obstacles to appeasement in relations with Russia and the uncertainties relating to Asia is then addressed.

This article deals with an exceptional astrological configuration that took place on Tuesday, June 27^th, 2017 : the Sun-Hades conjunction connected to two significant axes of the period 2017-2022 (Saturn/Pluto and Uranus/Neptune) transiting on a zone of the Zodiac (6°14 Cancer), which can be considered as the "pivot of powers" because of the presence in this zone of factors of prime importance in the charts of the USA (Jupiter), China (Uranus ) and Russia (Pluto) among others. Cet article consiste en une étude fouillée de l’éclipse solaire du 21 août 2017 (Saros 145), sous un double aspect diachronique et synchronique. Cette éclipse est présentée d’abord dans le cadre du cycle de Saros 145, qui débute en 1639, puis dans le cadre des quatre éclipses du cycle de Méton entre 1963 et 2036.

L’étude synchronique commence par l’éclipse en elle-même, pour le monde, puis viennent des localisations pour Washington, Moscou et Pékin ainsi que pour Bruxelles (Union européenne) et pour Jérusalem (Moyen-Orient élargi, englobant aussi bien la Syrie, l’Iran et l’Irak que la Turquie et l’Egypte).

Une autre approche synchronique consiste à repérer les pays et les personnalités concernés par les zones zodiacales reliées au foyer de l’éclipse (28°53 Lion).

This article consists of a detailed study of the solar eclipse of August 21, 2017 (Saros 145), under a double diachronic and synchronic aspect. This eclipse is first presented in the framework of the Saros cycle 145, which begins in 1639 and then within the framework of the four eclipses of the Meton cycle between 1963 and 2036.

The synchronic study begins with the eclipse in itself, for the world, then comes from locations for Washington, Moscow and Beijing as well as for Brussels (European Union) and for Jerusalem (the broader Middle East, including as well Syria, Iran and Iraq as Turkey and Egypt).

Another synchronic approach is to locate the countries and personalities concerned by the zodiacal zones linked to the focus of the eclipse (28°53 Leo)

Cet article traite de l’actualité de l’été et de l’automne 2017 marquée par les incertitudes que suscite à travers le monde la déstabilisation accentuée de l’Empire américain et la perspective de son éventuel effondrement.

Une première partie traite des États-Unis où le président Donald Trump, dépossédé par le Congrès de ses prérogatives en matière de politique étrangère apparaît comme l’otage d’une junte militaire et menacé de destitution par le clan des néo-conservateurs. Les nouvelles sanctions qui frappent la Russie enterrent pour longtemps toute perspective de coopération entre les États-Unis et la Russie, et elles risquent d’éloigner l’Europe occidentale de son attachement atlantiste du fait que sa politique énergétique et son économie sont durement frappées par les sanctions américaines.

Une deuxième partie traite des fragilités du bloc eurasiatique, la Russie entrant dans une période électorale et l’Inde semblant se trouner dorénavant vers Washington et durcir ses positions à l’égard de la Chine et du Pakistan, peu après l’adhésion de ces deux pays à l’Organisation de la Coopération de Shangai (OCS). La situation devient tendue également en Asie centrale, du fait du renouvellement de l’engagement militaire américain en Afghanistan et de l’importation, dans le nord de ce pays, de djihadistes exfiltrés de Syrie après la défaite de Daech.

This article deals with the current events of the summer and autumn of 2017, marked by the uncertainties aroused throughout the world by the heightened destabilization of the American Empire and the prospect of its possible collapse.

The first part deals with the USA where President Donald Trump, dispossessed by Congress of its foreign policy prerogatives, appears to be the hostage of a military junta and threatened with dismissal by the neo-conservative clan. New sanctions against Russia are for a long time burying any prospect of cooperation between the USA and Russia and are likely to push Western Europe away from its atlanticist commitment because its energy policy and economy are hard hit by the US sanctions.

A second part deals with the fragility of the Eurasian bloc, with Russia entering an election period and India appearing to be turning to Washington and tightening its stance towards China and Pakistan shortly after the accession of these two countries to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The situation is also becoming tense in Central Asia, as a result of the renewed US military involvement in Afghanistan and the import, in the north of the country, of exiled jihadists from Syria, after the defeat of ISIS.

Cet article traite de la révolution de palais qui a eu lieu le 4 novembre 2017 à Riad, le prince héritier Mohammed ben Salmane ayant éliminé tous les autres prétendants potentiels au trône et capturé l’élite saoudienne corrompue en vue de confisquer les milliards de dollars de leurs actifs au profit du clan Salmane. Après un bref examen des faits marquants de la journée du 4 novembre – démission de Saad Hariri de son poste de Premier ministre du Liban, arrestations massives à Riad, tir d’un missile yéménite sur l’aéroport de Riad – l’article examine le contexte intérieur et le contexte international de cette crise majeure du royaume saoudien.

La réussite spectaculaire du coup d’État ne présage en rien le succès de l’opération sur le long terme, tant les embûches sont nombreuses et difficiles à surmonter face à une résistance croissante dans le pays de la part de la clientèle des princes dépossédés de leur fortune ainsi que de la part des wahhabites qui font l’objet d’une persécution religieuse dans ce qui est, depuis le milieu du XVIII^e siècle, leur citadelle. En cas d’échec de la consolidation du pouvoir du clan Salmane, le royaume pourrait se trouver confronté à de plus graves difficultés : une fin de la dynastie des Saoud et un démembrement du royaume. L’Arabie saoudite risque de connaître de profonds soubresauts, notamment au moment de la conjonction Saturne-Pluton de janvier 2020, qui affectera les trois thèmes de l’Arabie saoudite moderne (1902 – 1926 – 1932).

This article discusses the palace revolution that took place on November 4, 2017 in Riad, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman who eliminated all other potential claimants to the throne and captured the corrupt Saudi elite in order to confiscate billions of dollars of their assets to benefit the Salman clan. After a brief review of the highlights of the day of November 4 - resignation of Saad Hariri as Prime Minister of Lebanon, massive arrests in Riyadh, shooting a Yemeni missile at the airport of Riad - the article examines the interior context and the international context of this major crisis of the Saudi kingdom.

The spectacular success of the coup d'état does not bode well for the success of the operation in the long term, as the pitfalls are numerous and difficult to overcome in the face of growing resistance in the country from the clientele of the dispossessed princes. their wealth as well as that of the Wahhabis who are the object of religious persecution in what is, since the middle of the eighteenth century, their citadel. In case of failure of the consolidation of the power of the Salman clan, the kingdom could be faced with more serious difficulties: an end of the Saud dynasty and a dismemberment of the kingdom. Cet article traite de l’évolution de la crise syrienne après l’attentat d’Ankara du 17 février 2016, qui se produit dans un contexte où la Turquie, confrontée à la reprise du conflit kurde, glisse vers une intervention directe en Irak et en Syrie, au risque de déclencher avec la Russie une guerre susceptible de forcer la main à l’OTAN et d’entraîner le monde dans un conflit nucléaire.

Une première partie traite des évolutions de la guerre en Syrie, avec la bataille d’Alep, les avancées de l’armée arabe syrienne sur le front nord entre Azaz et Jerablus, la course vers Raqqa, centre névralgique de Daech en Syrie.

Une deuxième partie se penche sur les effervescences diplomatiques, que peuvent éclairer les positions divergentes, parmi les instances dirigeantes aux États-Unis, entre un clan belliciste (auquel appartient la candidate Hillary Clinton) qui s’appuie sur la CIA - et le Pentagone qui comprend la nécessité de bloquer des entreprises aventuristes et d’éviter d’entraîner le pays et le monde dans une guerre insensée avec la Russie.

Une troisième partie analyse le jeu dangereux de la Turquie en Syrie, où le président Erdogan cherche une guerre avec la Russie pour internationaliser le conflit et forcer l’OTAN à intervenir. Des documents récemment transmis au Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU témoignent de façon accablante du soutien de la Turquie aux djihadistes et du transfert de combattants de Daech d’un théâtre d’opérations vers un autre (Libye, Syrie, Yémen).

Une quatrième partie évoque le risque d’une révolution de palais en Arabie saoudite et la perspective d’une radicale mutation dans la région.

This article deals with the evolution of the Syrian crisis after the Ankara bombing of 17 February 2016, which takes place in a context where Turkey, confronted with the resumption of the Kurdish conflict, is slipping into direct intervention in Iraq and Syria, at the risk of triggering a war with Russia that could force NATO's hand and bring the world into a nuclear conflict.

The first part deals with the evolutions of the war in Syria, with the battle of Aleppo, the advance of the Syrian Arab army on the northern front between Azaz and Jerablus, the race towards Raqqa, Daech's hub in Syria.

The second part looks at diplomatic effervescence, which can be illustrated by the divergent positions in the USA between a warlike clan (which includes candidate Hillary Clinton) who relies on the CIA - and the Pentagon Understands the need to block adventurist ventures and avoid dragging the country and the world into a senseless war with Russia.

A third part analyzes the dangerous game of Turkey in Syria, where President Erdogan seeks a war with Russia to internationalize the conflict and force NATO to intervene. Documents recently transmitted to the UN Security Council overwhelmingly testify to Turkey's support for jihadists and the transfer of Daech fighters from one theater of operations to another (Libya, Syria, Yemen).

A fourth section discusses the risk of a palace revolution in Saudi Arabia and the prospect of a radical redesign of the region.

This article deals with the serious risk of the Third World War. The tension between the two Atlantic and Eurasian blocs around the conflicting site in Syria, Ukraine and Yemen has plunged the world into a situation that has never been more serious since the Korean War. The article begins with a chronological overview since early August 2016, analyzes the double lock put in place by the USA to block the expansion of the Chinese Silk Road to Europe and the Mediterranean.
