Séminaire sur les Transneptuniens
Les trois premiers numéros de la RAM (Revue d’astrologie mondiale), qui
constituent mon premier séminaire virtuel en 2014, abordait la question des
Transneptuniens, ces planètes hypothétiques « découvertes » à partir
de 1923 par Alfred Witte et utilisées dans les travaux astrologiques de l’École
de Habourg puis, plus largement, dans ce que l’on désigne aujourd’hui sous le nom
d’ « astrologie uranienne ». J’ai été conduit personnellement à
m’intéresser à ces planètes hypothétiques à partir de 2006 et j’ai fini par les
intégrer pleinement dans mes travaux à partir de 2013, sous la dénomination de Transneptuniens, qui indique qu’il
s’agit, à mes yeux, non de planètes du système solaire, mais de centres
énergétiques actifs et efficaces dans la pratique astrologique bien que non
visibles sur le plan astronomique.
Le
premier de ces trois numéros de la RAM traite d’une part, d’une approche tout à
fait nouvelle et fondamentale des structures profondes du système solaire à
l’interface de l’astronomie et de l’astrologie ; d’autre part d’outils de
recherche très précieux, qui sont des Indices cycliques universels. This research is the result of a
collaboration that began in 2008 with Paul Bernard, a joint effort that led, in
2013, to sufficiently convincing results to deserve to be published and made
known to the public. Nul doute que
cette recherche sera, dans les prochaines années, la source de maints
développements féconds dans le domaine de l’astrologie mondiale.
Le
second numéro de la RAM traite de la question des Transneptuniens de l'Ecole de
Hambourg, lancés dans l'univers des astrologues à partir de 1923 par Alfred
Witte et Friedrich Sieggrün. Il est question d'abord du contexte dans lequel
s'est effectuée la découverte des Transneptuniens, puis de la question de leur
nature. Une seconde partie brosse l'historique de l'Ecole de Hambourg jusqu'à
son expansion actuelle à travers le monde sous la désignation d'astrologie
uranienne. Suivent des exemples évoquant l'intérêt de cette approche dans
l'astrologie mondiale, à partir de faits historiques situés au XXe et
au XXIe siècles.
Quant
au troisième numéro de la RAM, il traite du mode d'emploi des
Transneptuniens de l'Ecole de Hambourg. Il commence par un hommage à Alfred
Witte et Friedrich Sieggrün, les découvreurs des Transneptuniens, avec l'étude
de leur rapport à l'astrologie et de leur coopération, ainsi que par un survol
du développement de l'astrologie uranienne prolongé, dans une perspective
prévisionnelle, jusqu'à la fin du XXIe siècle.
Une
seconde partie est consacrée à la technique utilisée pour l'établissement de
thèmes uraniens qui permettent une exploration en profondeur - vers le Soleil
central invisible - par le repérage des flux d'ondes énergétiques concentrées
sur un ou plusieurs points d'ancrage à la surface du thème.
La
troisième partie explore quatre voies de l'interprétation, quatre approches
interprétatives - événementielle, historique, cyclique, thématique - avec de
nombreux exemples, parmi lesquels quatre thèmes illustrant la geste
prométhéenne d'une humanité approchant de la fin d'un grand cycle : le Titanic,
Hiroshima, l'homme sur la Lune et Google.
Enfin,
une quatrième partie présente le long cheminement qui a été le mien, qui m’a
fait passer d'un intérêt réticent envers les travaux de l'Ecole de Hambourg à
une pleine intégration de l'astrologie uranienne dans ma pratique.
Ce
numéro s'inscrit dans la suite des deux précédents, qui traitaient de
l'ordonnance globale du système solaire pour le premier, de l'invention des
Transneptuniens et d'un historique de l'Ecole de Hambourg pour le second.
Seminar about The Transneptunians
The first three issues of RAM (Revue
d'Astrologie Mondiale), which constitute my first virtual seminar in 2014,
addressed the issue of Transneptunians, hypothetical planets
"discovered" from 1923 by Alfred Witte and used in the astrological
works of the School of Habourg and, more broadly, in what is now called "Uranian
astrology". I was personally led to take an interest in these hypothetical
planets from 2006 and I ended up integrating them fully in my work from 2013,
under the name of Transneptunians, which indicates that it is, in my eyes, not
planets of the solar system, but energy centers active and effective in
astrological practice although not visible astronomically.
This first issue of the Journal of
Mundane Astrology deals, on the one hand, with an entirely new and fundamental
approach to the deep structures of the solar system at the interface of
astronomy and astrology ; On the other hand, very valuable research tools,
which are universal cyclical indices. This research is the fruit of a
collaboration that has been ongoing since 2008 with Paul Bernard, a joint effort
that is now producing results that are convincing enough to be published and
brought to the public's attention. There is no doubt that this research will be
the source of many fruitful developments in the field of world astrology in the
coming years.
The second issue of the Journal of
World Astrology deals with the Transneptunians of the Hamburg School, launched
in the universe of astrologers from 1923 by Alfred Witte and Friedrich
Sieggrün. We shall first discuss the context in which the discovery of the
Transneptunians took place, and then the question of their nature. A second
part brings out the history of the Hamburg School until its current expansion
throughout the world under the name of Uranian astrology. Many examples illustrate the value of this
approach in world astrology, using historical examples from the 20th and 21st
centuries.
The third issue of the Journal of World Astrology deals with the use of the Transneptunians of the Hamburg School. It begins with a tribute to Alfred Witte and Friedrich Sieggrün, the discoverers of the Transneptunians, with a study of their relationship with astrology and their cooperation, as well as an overview of the development of prolonged Uranian astrology, in a predictive perspective, to the end of the twenty-first century.
A second part is devoted to the
technique used for the establishment of Uranean themes which allow a deep
exploration - towards the invisible central Sun - by identifying the
concentrated energy wave fluxes at one or more anchor points on the surface of
the theme.
The third part explores four ways of
interpretation, four interpretative approaches - event, historical, cyclical,
thematic - with numerous examples, including four themes illustrating the
Promethean gesture of a humanity approaching the end of a great cycle : The
Titanic, Hiroshima, the man on the Moon and Google.
Finally, a fourth part presents the
long journey that has taken me from a reluctant interest in the work of the
Hamburg School to the full integration of uranian astrology in my practice.
This issue is part of the
continuation of the two precedents, which dealt with the overall arrangement of
the solar system for the first, the invention of Transneptunians and a history
of the Hamburg School for the latter.

Les connaissances relatives au système solaire ont fait, depuis le début du XXIe s., des progrès remarquables, qui permettent une meilleure connaissance des éléments qui se situent au-delà de la ceinture de Kuiper jusqu’à l’hypothétique Nuage d’Oort. La réflexion que Paul Bernard a menée sur les relations éventuelles entre les Transneptuniens et la loi de Bode débouche sur une conclusion inattendue : la mise en valeur de « centres actifs structurels » (au nombe de 20) qui permettent de penser en profondeur une « ordonnance astrale » du système solaire dans sa globalité, avec, sans doute, des effets sur un nouveau paradigme de l’astrologie mondiale, sur lequel nous aurons l’occasion de revenir longuement dans les prochains numéros de la RAM. Cette réflexion a été suscitée par les questions que je me posais tout au long d’une période, ouverte en 2006, durant laquelle s’est imposée à moi la prise en compte, de plus en plus affirmée, des Transneptuniens.
L’article de Paul Bernard est complété
par une notice de Charles Ridoux relative à la position des vingt centres
actifs F dans le Zodiaque en 2014, puis sur des périodes de 1000 ans, de 250
ans et de 50 ans.

C’est un magnifique cadeau que Paul Bernard fait à l’astrologie mondiale et à l’étude des cycles planétaires en général avec la mise au point - qu’il présente ici - de deux outils à la fois très précieux et très facilement maniables : l’Indice universel K et la famille des Indices H. Pour la première fois dans l’histoire de l’astrologie, nous disposons de deux outils applicables aussi bien aux planètes classiques du système solaire (du Soleil à Pluton) qu’aux facteurs représentés par les Transneptuniens de l’École de Hambourg (Cupidon - Hadès - Zeus - Kronos - Apollon - Vulcanus - Admète - Poséidon). Voilà qui devrait permettre des voyages dans le temps qui promettent d’être passionnants, couvrant une période d’environ cinq ou six millénaires (et même bien davantage !) dans l’histoire de notre planète. Ce sera l’une des explorations que nos lecteurs trouveront dans le cadre de cette Revue d’astrologie mondiale (RAM).

It is a wonderful gift that Paul Bernard
gives to world astrology and the study of planetary cycles in general with the
development - which he presents here - of two tools that are both very valuable
and very easily manageable: the Universal Index K and the family of the
H-Indexes. For the first time in the history of astrology, we have two tools
applicable to both the classical planets of the solar system (from the Sun to
Pluto) and the factors represented by the Transneptunians of the School of
Hamburg (Cupido - Hades - Zeus - Kronos - Apollo - Vulcanus - Admetos -
Poseidon). This should allow time travel promises to be exciting, covering a
period of about five or six millennia (and even more!) In the history of our
planet. This will be one of the explorations that our readers will find in the
context of this Journal
of Mundane Astrology (JMA).
Three appendices deal with the
Transneptunians in the order of the planets of the solar system, the
"transphysical" space of the Transneptunians, and the
"archangelic point of view".

Aujourd’hui,les Transneptuniens ont près d’un siècle d’existence (le premier ayant été découvert par Alfred Witte en 1923). Dans le monde entier, ils sont intégrés à la pratique de nombreux astrologues, en Allemagne, aux États-Unis, en Russie, en Thaïlande et ailleurs – mais pas en France. Sans doute parce que pèse encore sur l’École de Hambourg un jugement catégorique et hâtif d’

imposés peu à peu, et à mon corps défendant, non seulement dans ma pratique de
l’astrologie mondiale, mais aussi, jusqu’à un certain point, dans l’étude des

l’École de Hambourg, puis nous traiterons des circonstances qui ont présidé à
la découverte des Transneptuniens. Nous présenterons succinctement la
signification, les symboles et la période de révolution des Transneptuniens et
nous nous attacherons enfin à une analyse des discussions relatives à leur
nature. La seconde partie, « De l’école de Hambourg à l’astrologie
uranienne », brosse l’historique de la migration, suite à la Seconde Guerre
mondiale, de cette école de l’Allemagne vers les États-Unis, puis de son
expansion actuelle à travers le monde. La dernière partie, portera sur l’intérêt
de l’utilisation des Transneptuniens en astrologie mondiale. J’évoquerai
d’abord mon propre cheminement vers l’École de Hambourg et l’astrologie
uranienne, en observant au passage les « affinités électives »

Today, the Transneptunians have
nearly a century of existence (the first was discovered by Alfred Witte in
1923). All over the world, they are integrated into the practice of many
astrologers, in Germany, the USA, Russia, Thailand and elsewhere - but not in
France. Doubtless because still presses on the School of Hamburg André
Barbault's categorical and hasty judgment, with a formulation unfortunate and
little deserving of a great master of the astrology. On the other hand, the
reluctance of the great French astrologer can be understood when one sees the
particularly arid and daunting presentation taken by the teachings of this
school in its publications. And in the absence of the computer tool, king the
Transneptunians into account required a knowledge of the German language and a
solid mathematical culture.
Thus, the Transneptunians have imposed themselves little by little, and agains my will, not only in my practice of Mundane Astrology but also, to a certain extent, in the study of individual charts. The research presented in this issue of the JMA will therefore deal with this question which has haunted me since the beginning of my journey with the Hamburg School: what are the Transneptunians, what are their nature : planets, physical bodies, or entities of another nature ? Pour quiconque s’intéresse à
l’astrologie uranienne, il est intéressant de connaître les thèmes des
fondateurs de l’École de Hambourg et des découvreurs des Transneptuniens. Nous
nous limiterons ici aux seuls cas d’Alfred Witte et de Friedrich Sieggrün, nous
réservant de revenir ultérieurement sur d’autres personnalités (tels que Ludwig
et Udo Rudolph, Hermann Lefeld, Hans Niggemann et d’autres). Et nous nous
limiterons également, dans l’analyse de ces thèmes, à un aspect particulier,
unique mais fondamental : la qualité d’astrologue et l’orientation des
intérêts vers ce domaine de connaissance. Ce faisant, nous prenons appui sur
une étude passionnante et fort bien documentée de Denis Koutaliov, astrologue
russe pratiquant et enseignant les méthodes de l’École de Hambourg, qui
présente sur son site (en russe) un article daté du 19 avril 2003 (à Serguei
Possad) et intitulé « Thèmes d’astrologues avec les positions de l’École
de Hambourg ».

For anyone interested in Uranian
Astrology, it is interesting to know the charts of the founders of the School of
Hamburg and the discoverers of the Transneptunians. I shall restrit myself here
to the only cases of Alfred Witte and Friedrich Sieggrün, reserving to later
revisit other personalities (such as Ludwig and Udo Rudolph, Hermann Lefeld,
Hans Niggemann and others). And I will also limit myself in the analysis of
these themes to a particular, single but fundamental aspect: the quality of
astrology and the orientation of interests towards this domain of knowledge. In
doing so, I take support on an exciting and very welle documented study of
Denis Koutaliov, a Russian astrologer practicing and teaching the methods of
the School of Hamburg, which has posted on his site an article (in Russian)
dated April 19th 2003 (at
Serguei Possad) entitled "Charts of astrologers with the positions of the
Schoiol of Hamburg ".

La lecture d’un thème astrologique, dans une perspective d’astrologie uranienne, comporte deux aspects : un aspect technique (le repérage des flux d’ondes énergétiques et le choix d’un point d’ancrage) et un aspect interprétatif ou heuristique. En ce qui concerne l’aspect technique, l’astrologue bénéficie, avec le logiciel uranien d’Auréas, d’un outil précieux, incontournable, et très performant, et les astrologues peuvent vraiment témoigner à ce sujet de leur reconnaissance au concepteur de ce logiciel, Francis Santoni.
Exemple du thème de l’Ingrès en
Capricorne du 21 décembre 2014. Thème classique et thème uranien. Le choix d’un
point d’ancrage. Ce choix est décisif ; il oriente l’interprétation ;
il est le fruit à la fois de l’expérience et de l’intuition de
l’astrologue : comme en médecine, on passe de la face « science
objective » à la face « art subjectif », qui constituent deux
aspects indissociables de la pratique astrologique, que ce soit en astrologie
individuelle ou en astrologie mondiale.

The reading of an astrological
chart, in the point of view of Uranian Astrology, has two aspects: a technical
one (the identification of energy wave flows) and an other one which is the
choice of a point of anchoring) and an interpretive or heuristic aspect. With
regard to the technical aspect, the astrologer benefits, with Aureas' uranian
software, of a valuable, inescapable and very powerful tool, and the
astrologers can really testify on this subject to their recognition to the
designer of this Software, Francis Santoni.

J’ai regroupé les multiples aspects de
l’interprétation autour de quatre approches complémentaires qui dessinent
diverses façons d’entrer dans l’interprétation d’un thème et de ses
prolongements.
L’approche événementielle est abordée à
partir de quatre cas, illustrant chacun un aspect significatif du monde actuel,
son esprit « prométhéen »

entrée dans l’ère des tribulations eschatologiques.

entrée dans l’ère atomique, avec la capacité qu’a l’humanité de s’autodétruire

Le thème de l’homme sur la Lune (20
juillet 1969) est le plus spectaculaire que j’aie jamais rencontré, avec la
Lune à 0° Balance, au cœur d’une figure éblouissante, avec la conjonction
Jupiter-Uranus et Apollon – signature impressionnante quand
on se souvient que l’événement a correspondu à la réussite de la mission
d’Apollo 11 ayant pour objectif de conduire trois hommes sur la Lune. Voilà

rencontrer sur plusieurs millénaires, si ce n’est sur plusieurs millions ou
milliards d’années.
I have grouped the multiple aspects
of the interpretation around four complementary approaches that draw various
ways of entering into the interpretation of a chart and its extensions.
The event approach is approached
from four cases, each illustrating a significant aspect of today's world, its
"Promethean" spirit.
¨ The Titanic : entry into the era of eschatological tribulations.
¨ Hiroshima : entry into the atomic era, with the ability of humanity to
self-destruct and make the planet uninhabitable for millennia.
¨ Man on the Moon : entry into the era of space conquest, Promethean
dimension and actualization of an oikoumene extended to the entire Earth.
¨ Google : entry into the era of transhumanism, the "global
village", communication.

L’approche cyclique prend pour champ
d’observation une figure complexe (Uranus/Vulcanus=Zeus/Admète) que je mets en
rapport avec le thème d’Hiroshima et qui est en lien avec l’énergie atomique en
général.
Enfin, l’approche thématique prend appui
sur deux formules données par Hans Niggemann, relatives au thème de
« guerre mondiale ».
La conclusion générale de ce premier
séminaire virtuel portant sur les Transneptuniens – rédigée le 20 octobre 2014
- était la suivante :
Notre « formule » de recherche pourrait être : Intelligence éclairée par une intuition créatrice, appuyée sur une haute technicité, orientée par une connaissance des lois de la cyclologie traditionnelle. L’ouverture considérable de conscience qu’apporte la prise en compte des Transneptuniens correspond, sans doute, à un besoin profond, afin d’éclairer la signification du temps présent au regard d’une fin de cycle qui approche de sa phase ultime – et de son renouvellement glorieux. Les Transneptuniens n’ont pas pour vocation d’approfondir le ressassement narcissique sur soi-même d’individualités malades dans leur psychisme coupé de ses racines spirituelles. Sur un plan individuel, ils peuvent, peut-être, contribuer à réveiller un sens spirituel que le monde moderne fait tout pour étouffer. Sur un plan collectif (relevant de l’astrologie mondiale), ils aident également la conscience à se hisser de simples considérations d’ordre géopolitique à une saisie beaucoup plus profonde de l’évolution en cours du monde, par un éveil à la cyclologie traditionnelle.

The historical approach is
illustrated by the Uranus-Pluto conjunctions of 1711, 1852 and 1965.
The cyclic approach takes as a
field of observation a complex figure (Uranus/Vulcanus=Zeus/Admetos) that I
relate to the chart of Hiroshima and which is related to atomic energy in
general.
Finally, the thematic approach
is based on two formulas given by Hans Niggemann, relating to the chart of
"world war".
The general conclusion of this
first Transneptunian virtual seminar - written on October 20, 2014 - was as
follows :
My "formula" of research could be: Intelligence enlightened by a creative intuition, supported by a high technicality, oriented by a knowledge of the laws of traditional cyclology. The considerable openness of consciousness that comes from taking into account the Transneptunians is, no doubt, a profound need, in order to shed light on the significance of the present time with regard to the end of a cycle approaching its ultimate phase - and of his glorious renewal. The Transneptunians do not have the vocation of deepening the narcissistic re-examination of oneself of sick individualities in their psyche cut off from their spiritual roots. On an individual level, they may, perhaps, help to awaken a spiritual sense that the modern world does everything to stifle. On a collective level (under the heading of world astrology), they also help the consciousness to rise from simple geopolitical considerations to a much deeper understanding of the evolution of the world, by an awakening to traditional cyclology.

Historique d’un long cheminement / History of a long Journey
En annexe à ce séminaire consacré aux Transneptuniens, j’expose les modalités et les raisons d’un cheminement qui m’a conduit finalement, à partir de 2013, à intégrer pleinement dans ma recherche cette « nouveauté » que nous devons à Alfred Witte, le fondateur de l’École de Hambourg, et à son collaborateur Friedrich Sieggrün. Mais c’est déjà en octobre 2008 que je présentais mon cheminement personnel dans cette voie que j’estime avoir été des plus fécondes :
L’apparition d’une nouveauté suscite en général un double sentiment
d’attirance et de résistance, et il est bon, peut-être, que la résistance soit,
du moins au début, un peu plus forte que l’attirance, car cela incite à
réfléchir avant d’adopter ou de rejeter ce qui se présente de nouveau. Ainsi,
ce n’est pas sans résistance que nous avons intégré, il y a une quinzaine
d’années bientôt, les mi-points de l’école d’Ebertin dans notre pratique de
l’astrologie. Cette technique s’est imposée à nous au travers de l’usage qu’en
faisaient nos confrères britanniques dans l’ouvrage intitulé Mundane Astrology que nous avons traduit
en français. (…)
Il en est allé à peu près de même avec les fameuses trans-neptuniennes
de l'École de Hambourg. Certes, ce n’est pas une « nouveauté », au
sens qu’elles furent lancées dans le ciel des astrologues par Alfred Witte,
puis par son collaborateur Friedrich Sieggrün, au début des années 1920. (…)
Les Transneptuniennes apparaissent de nos jours encore comme des sortes
de monstres dont il vaut mieux ne pas parler. Si nous y sommes venus – à notre
corps défendant – c’est que nous pressentons que les innovations de l'École de
Hambourg, qui pouvaient paraître farfelues au moment où elles étaient
formulées, sont aujourd’hui devenues en prise avec l’actualité des
extraordinaires progrès de l’astronomie durant la première décennie du XXIe
siècle - laquelle, rappelons-le, est marquée du sceau du septile
Neptune-Pluton. Cet aspect subtil en qui se manifeste la puissance du Nombre
Sept mérite bien d’être mis en corrélation avec l’essor spectaculaire de nos
connaissances relatives à notre système solaire et de l’extension inouïe des
limites de notre monde, connaissances rendues possibles par des moyens
d’observation tels que Hubble ou par les navettes d’exploration spatiale qui
sont en train de nous relier jusqu’à la région de Pluton et, bien au-delà,
jusqu’aux confins de notre système solaire.
C’est à l’occasion d’une conférence, donnée à Lille en juin
2006, que j’ai fait référence pour la première fois en public des
Transneptuniens à propos d’une analyse d’une étude sur les thèmes de J.R.R.
Tolkien et du Seigneur des Anneaux. Et l’année suivante, le 19 février
2007, je prenais conscience avec stupéfaction du transit – exact ce jour-là –
de Pluton en opposition au mi-point Hadès/Kronos, qui progresse lentement vers
sa conjonction de 2031 – une date majeure dans une perspective cyclologique. Depuis,
la pratique constante des Transneptuniens ne cesse d’apporter de surprenantes
et stimulantes découvertes.

As an
appendix to this seminar dedicated to the Transneptunians, I expose the
modalities and the reasons for a path that finally led me, from 2013, to fully
integrate in my research this "novelty" that we owe to Alfred Witte,
the founder of the School of Hamburg, and his colleague Friedrich Sieggrün. But
it is already in October 2008 that I presented my personal journey in this way
that I consider to have been most fruitful :
It was during a conference,
given in Lille in June 2006, that I referred for the first time in public
Transneptunians about an analysis of a study on the charts of JRR Tolkien and
Lord of the Rings. And the following year, February 19, 2007, I became
aware with amazement of the transit - exact that day - of Pluto in opposition
to the Hades/Kronos mid-point, which is slowly moving towards its conjunction
of 2031 - a major date in a cyclologic propsect. Since then, the constant
practice of Transneptunians continues to bring surprising and stimulating
discoveries.
The
appearance of a novelty generally arouses a double sense of attraction and
resistance, and it is good, perhaps, that resistance is at least initially
somewhat stronger than attraction because it encourages reflection before
adopting or rejecting what is new.
Thus, it was not without resistance that I had integrated, fifteen years ago
soon, the mid-points of the school of Ebertin in my practice of astrology. This technique was
imposed on me through the use made by our british colleagues in the book
Mundane Astrology which I translated into french. (…)
it was pretty much the same with the famous Transneptunians
of the School of Hamburg. Admittedly, this is not a "novelty", in the
sense that it was launched in the sky of astrologers by Alfred Witte, then by
his collaborator Friedrich Sieggrün,in the early 1920s. (…)
Transneptunians still appear
today as kinds of monsters of which it is better not to speak. If I came here -
to my defending body - it is because I realize that the innovations of the
Hamburg School, which might seem farfetched at the time when they were
formulated, have today become in tune with the news of the extraordinary
progress of astronomy during the first decade of the 21st century - which, let
us recall, is marked by the seal of the Neptune-Plutn septileThis subtle aspect
in which the power of the Number Seven manifests itself deserves to be
correlated with the spectacular development of our knowledge of our solar
system and the unprecedented extension of the limits of our world, knowledge
made possible by Means of observation such as Hubble or the space exploration
shuttles that are linking us to the Pluto region and far beyond the confines of
our solar system.
